SUNDAY:
Vladdy likes to start his rest day with a game of golf with his son. Then he chills for the rest of the day.
MONDAY:

Vladdy calls this his heavy duty training day. @ 10 am he spends 2and 1/2 hours working 30min warmup with sprints shadow boxing, calastenics. Then moves into fighting drills with a partner.for 1hr. ie striking and ground, switching partners every 5min for 1hr. 1/2 hr heavy sparring with kicks, punches and takedowns. End with 30min of more calastenics, running, sprawls, shadow box etc. This entire 2 1/2 hr session is done with the heat on in a 90 degree room.

Rest and eat till next training session @ 5pm.
This session is Vladimirs strength and conditioning time.
Vlady works on funtional training for 2hrs
TUESDAY:
Sand dune 10am for 40min
11am works on Boxing for 30min
6pm
Warm up and then works on Wrestling and Grappling. Technique drills mostly.
WEDNESDAY:
Vladdys schedule is the same as Monday
THURSDAY:
8am jog 2miles
Stretch
11:30 swim for 1hr. Laps
6pm
Wrestling and submission techniques for 1hr and 30min

FRIDAY:
Same as Monday and wednesday.
SATURDAY:
9am Sand dune 40min
Sauna 40min
Massage for 1hr and 30

Vladimir feels the sauna is a very important part of his total health and well being. He feels the change in tempurature from the sauna to a cold shower helps your body recover faster. Perfers to sauna 2times per week. But makes sure he's in there at least 1 time per week.

NUTRITION:

For breakfast on his heavy duty days he starts his day with a black cup of coffee if he wakes up before 7 then has cereal or oatmeal at least an hr and 1/2 before training, if he wakes up late like 8 or 9 on these days he has cup of OJ and a banana.
1pm Soup salad and sandwich. He mostly perfers chowders especially with fish. vladdy likes any kind of meat on his sandwiches perferably hot. Basic salad.
For dinner this is where Vladdy eats the most. He eats for about 2 1/2 hrs. He enjoys his food and eats it slow. Don't try to get him to talk or watch T.V. He is way tooo into his food for distractions.
Vladimirs dinners always consist of 2 to 3 portions of any type of meat this will very everynite from Salmon to Lamb to Steak. He likes to include 1 startch either potato or rice and 2 veggies salad always and a dark veggie either green bean or asparagus or brocolli. And often adds a piece of toast.
Vladimir ends his evening with at least 3 beers.
On the other training days. Tue and Thurs
If Vladdy goes to dune or swim or jog he eats nothing.
When he comes back his breakfast is bacon, eggs and potatoes.
light lunch. Smoked fish by itself he's even been known to eat salmon eggs between 2 pieces of toast. Alot of times he goes for sushi. He loves sushi. His favorite is smelt or salmon roe with qual egg. He also eats Makerel this is like dessert for Vladimir.
Vladimir will often have a big sopporo with his sushi depending on if he has to train later.
For dinner on these days he goes out because of such a late time finishing. He has either a burger or gyro meat with rice and salad. Sometimes Sushi again or grilled fish @ a restuarant close to home.
On the weekend
Basic eggs and bacon again after the dune and go out for dinner or BBQ @ home. Same on Sundays.
